Conroe Noon Kiwanis is excited to have a couple of speakers lined up for our lunches. Katie Shroff from YES to YOUTH – Montgomery County Youth Services will speak Wednesday, Feb 20th. Newly Elected Montgomery County Judge, Mark Keough will speak Wednesday, March 6 at our lunch meeting.

The club has partnered with the organization for many years and in 2018 The Conroe Noon Kiwanis Club contributed $2,000 to Yes to Youth, formerly Montgomery County Youth Services, to provide for the needs of several families in the community for Christmas. Our mission is to serve the children and youth in the Greater Conroe area and what better community partner than this organization?

Katie will share new ways for the club to be involved with the organization and information about their upcoming Annual Ladies Night Out, “Once Upon a Ladies Night Out” April 12 at the Waterway Marriott. Kiwanis Club donations have made a significant difference to local children and we encourage the community to learn more about Yes to Youth.

March 7, Judge Keough will share information about some changes we can expect from our County Judge in Commissioners Court, his goals for the county, and what changes have already taken place. The community is welcome to attend this meeting to learn more from Judge Keough and Conroe Noon Kiwanis Club.

The Conroe Noon Kiwanis Club meets every Wednesday at Hacienda Mis Padres Mexican Grill (5104 W. Davis, Conroe, TX 77304) at noon. We post all over our updates on Facebook at ConroeNoonKiwanis. Visitors and guests ALWAYS welcome to join us!
