Katie Shroff  from YES to YOUTH – Montgomery County Youth Services shared information at our meeting about the Christmas $2,000 donation the club made in December. They have many clients that benefitted by the donation and were able to make the child’s wishes come true from Santa.

Future opportunities include a blankets and bedsheets drive for the Youth Shelter. The smallest things can make a difference to a youth living at the shelter away from parents or relatives.

The annual Ladies Night Out, “Once Upon a Ladies Night Out” is scheduled for April 12 at the Waterway Marriott. Guests are encouraged to dress up in their favorite “Fairytale” attire at the event. To get into the spirit of the theme, attendees are encourage to shop for a costume at BOOtique Costumes on March 6 from 5:30-7:30 pm with 10% of proceeds benefitting Yes to Youth.

The community is welcome to attend this meeting to learn more from Judge Keough and Conroe Noon Kiwanis Club.
